   Karen
Gill is that person who always cooked
“for fun.” Her party snacks got rave reviews
from friends. Family members gladly accepted
her offers to host Christmas dinner. There
was even the occasional suggestion of “Karen,
you should start a cooking business” (usually said while trying to snatch the last piece of Tiramisu from the tray).
Well,
why not?
Though
Karen enjoyed her time as a theater manager and customer
service rep, she really wanted to do her own thing. And cooking
is definitely
her thing!
As
she became more serious about starting a personal chef business,
Karen
supplemented her home cooking experience with formal training. She
has
studied at the Marcel Biro Culinary School and holds a Professional Food Handler
Certificate from the State of Wisconsin and liability insurance. She is a member
of
the American Personal & Private Chef
Association, Wisconsin Personal
Chef Alliance, and The Networking Community.
No doubt
about it: Karen loves spending hours in the kitchen. Let it be your
kitchen, and enjoy the tasty sensations that Karen Cooks It creates
for you.
